Summer storms over the western Dakota prairies can bring spectacular clouds, torrents of rain, extreme gusts of wind, pellets of hail, and occasionally, a rainbow of brief but dazzling beauty. This rainbow appeared in the scenic North Cave Hills of northwestern South Dakota. |
